Motorcycle to H4 Jun 20, 2009
I changed the original Headlight (Sealed bulb on a 1976 KZ 750 B1) to the H6024XV Halogen (Sealed headlight with sealed H4 bulb). It is amazing what you can see when the entire road is bright. This headlight has lens areas that show both left, center and far edge of the right berm, giving you enough time to visualize and possibly avoid large animals. Instillation was easy if the headlight bucket is deep enough. I had to rearrange the wring. It uses a standard 3prong headlight connector.

Replaced the 20 year old headlight in a 1977 Moto guzzi 850T3 I restored. The Halogen bulb is a distinct improvement over the conventional filament bulb. This bulb has the low beam filament at the same wattage as the high beam. Most bulbs run low beam at reduced wattage. The low beam illumination of the road surface is a decided improvement with this product. Road surface illumination is an important part of any motorcycle lighting. This lamp is an improvement over standard lamps.

I bought this headlamp for an older motorcycle. It is an excellent replacement and it was cheaper than any store in my area.

Brighter headlights without high cost. Dec 12, 2007
For old vehicles like my 78 GMC Motorhome these were no brainers. They do draw more power then original eguipment. But no problems and no higher costs involved with having to buy complete light assembly and or power relays. They simply go in exactly like original equipment and you have higher tech halogen bulbs sealed in old sealed beams. They do seem to put out more light and enable you to see the road better, especially on high beam. I assume other vehicles can handle the inceased wattage like mine did, but you do know where assuming sometimes gets you right?

First time ordering car parts on Amazon, but not the last. Good price, much easier than finding parts for an older car in store (not just the headlights) Brighter than what was in the car before, which was factory grade equivalent. Easy to install.
